Tour de Fat, Fort Collins, Colorado. Oh thank heavens for New Belgium.

Great Divide Brewing Co. 16th Anniversary Party. Denver, Colorado.
My dear friend and fellow Olde Reedie Jeff works for Great Divide. Getting into this event is a sweet perk.
Being friends with a brewer has perks, like wine-thiefing and climbing barrels. May I recommend Odell’s barrel-aged Buffalo trace bourbon stout? Yes, I may.

Our Olde Reed friend Zach is the quality assurance manager for Odell Brewing in Fort Collins, CO. So when we went up to visit him this weekend, we got the extra-special exclusive brewery tour, including fucking around on large pieces of machinery and sticking our heads into huge bright tanks to listen to the echos.

Hurray for New Belgium!
Now I can spread the joys of Fat Tire, 2 Below, and La Follie with my NYC friends.
brewr: BLIND ITEM: Which brewery, whose beers were previously unavailable in New York, will begin distributing in New York and along much of the East Coast in the first quarter of 2010?
More pictures I took at the Avery Brewery Tour.
Yesterday, my friends jen, matt, and i toured the Avery Brewery. Avery is a local Boulder brewery that makes some delicious, if beastly, beer. My favorites: Salvation Belgian style ale and Ellie’s Brown ale.
Brewr was kind enough to include some of my pictures of the brewery on his site, which you should follow if you like beer.
